DOJ Official Suggests Criminal Charges Against Jill Biden For ‘Elder Abuse’,,,#@

A senior Justice Department official suggested that former First Lady Jill Biden could face criminal charges following the disclosure of Joe Biden’s aggressive prostate cancer diagnosis.

The former president’s office announced on Sunday that Biden has been diagnosed with prostate cancer that has spread to his bones. The diagnosis, characterized by a Gleason score of 9, represents an aggressive form of the disease, though officials stated the cancer appears hormone-sensitive and manageable.

Official’s Comments

Leo Terrell, a former Fox News contributor now serving as a senior counselor to the Assistant Attorney General for Civil Rights, reposted a tweet suggesting elder abuse and criminal charges related to the diagnosis announcement. The comment reflected broader speculation about the timing and disclosure of Biden’s medical condition.

Medical Experts Raise Questions

Multiple physicians questioned how the advanced cancer went undetected during Biden’s presidency. “It is inconceivable that this was not being followed before he left the Presidency,” wrote Dr. Howie Forman, a Yale professor of radiology and biomedical imaging, noting that routine prostate-specific antigen tests would have revealed the condition much earlier.

Dr. Steven Quay called prostate cancer “the easiest cancer to diagnose when it first starts,” highlighting that screening protocols recommended for men over 50 should have identified the disease sooner. Dr. Marc Siegel, Fox News’ senior medical analyst, expressed surprise at how advanced the cancer had become, saying he was “a little taken aback that it’s this far advanced.”

Dr. Vin Gupta noted that former Presidents Donald Trump, Barack Obama, and George W. Bush all have documented records of prostate examinations, but no such record exists for Biden.

Treatment Plans

Biden and his family are reviewing treatment options with his medical team, according to officials. The statement indicated that hormone-sensitive treatment approaches would allow for effective disease management.
