(-) BREAKING: White House Physician Issues Major Trump Health Update After Recent Medical Examination

President Trump’s latest medical examination found him in strong overall health with perfect cognitive test scores and improved cholesterol levels, according to a report released by his physician.

The comprehensive evaluation documented Trump’s cardiac, pulmonary, and neurological systems as normal with no abnormal findings. His physicians noted his demanding schedule of high-level meetings and public engagements continues to support his overall well-being.

Trump, who is 6 feet 3 inches tall, had a body mass index of 29.7, placing him just below the 30 threshold that medical guidelines classify as obese. Physicians recommended adjustments to diet, physical activity, and weight management as part of ongoing care.

Cognitive Performance and Test Results

Trump completed the Montreal Cognitive Assessment, a standard screening tool for cognitive impairment and dementia, achieving a perfect score of 30 out of 30. This matched results from examinations conducted in 2025 and 2018, his physician reported.

“Cognitive and physical performance are excellent. He is fully fit to carry out all duties of the Commander-in-Chief and Head of State,” his physician wrote in the report.

Health Metrics and Medication

Trump’s total cholesterol measured 143, a significant decline from 223 in 2018. The improvement came following treatment with rosuvastatin and ezetimibe, medications designed to lower LDL cholesterol while increasing HDL cholesterol levels.

The president currently takes three medications: two for cholesterol management and low-dose aspirin. Minor bruising on his hands was attributed to frequent handshaking and aspirin therapy, his physician noted.

Trump continues to have slight lower-leg swelling related to chronic venous insufficiency, a condition previously disclosed by the White House. However, the swelling has improved since last year’s examination.

Background and Context

This examination marked the fourth publicly disclosed medical evaluation since Trump returned to office for his second term. Presidential health disclosures remain a matter of public interest, though no legal requirement exists for presidents to release complete medical records.

Trump, turning 80 next month, was the oldest person elected to the presidency at the time of his election. His predecessor, President Joe Biden, left office at age 82 after withdrawing from his 2024 reelection campaign amid concerns about his age and fitness for another term.
