BREAKING! The ‘White House Physician Releases Trump Health

Author:

President Donald Trump is in “excellent health” and “fully fit” to serve as commander in chief, according to a medical report released Friday following a comprehensive examination at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center.

Physicians conducted a thorough evaluation that included physical assessments, cognitive testing, and a review of the president’s current medications. The examination found no abnormal findings and documented strong cardiac, pulmonary, and neurological health.

What the Medical Report Found

Trump’s cognitive assessment showed a perfect score of 30 out of 30 on the Montreal Cognitive Assessment, matching results from previous evaluations in 2025 and 2018. His physicians noted that “cognitive and physical performance are excellent,” according to the report.

The president’s body mass index was measured at 29.7, just below the threshold of 30 that generally classifies obesity. Physicians recommended adjustments to diet and physical activity, along with a switch to low-dose aspirin therapy.

Trump’s cholesterol levels showed significant improvement, with total cholesterol measuring 143 compared to 223 in 2018. Doctors attributed the decline to medications including rosuvastatin and ezetimibe, which target LDL and HDL cholesterol levels.

The report documented slight bruising on Trump’s hands, which physicians attributed to “minor soft tissue irritation related to frequent handshaking” and aspirin therapy effects. Slight lower-leg swelling from chronic venous insufficiency, a common age-related condition, showed improvement since last year’s examination.

Health History and Context

Trump, who turns 80 next month, was the oldest person ever elected president at his election. His predecessor, President Joe Biden, left office at age 82 after ending his 2024 reelection campaign following concerns about his age and fitness.

This marks the fourth publicly disclosed medical evaluation since Trump returned to office for his second term. Presidential health disclosures remain a matter of public interest, though no legal requirement mandates that presidents release complete medical records.
